1. Who we are
Xpoker AI provides analytical poker software tools for the X-Poker client. The primary point of contact for all data, billing and support matters is our Telegram support channel: @nztsupportmanager.
2. Information we collect
- Contact & order information. When you contact us via Telegram to request a trial, purchase NZT, or get support, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your Telegram handle and the game details needed to price or activate the software.
- Usage data. Like most websites, our servers and content-delivery network may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps.
- Analytics & cookies. We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. See section 6.
We do not ask for or store your X-Poker account password, and the software does not transmit your hole cards or hand histories to us for marketing purposes.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To process and activate purchases of NZT and trial access.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the website and software.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate, including hosting and DNS/CDN providers, analytics providers, and the messaging platform (Telegram) through which we communicate with you. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for essential site functionality and, where enabled, for analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Support conversations are retained for a reasonable period to provide continuity of service.

9. Children
The website and software are intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our infrastructure and providers may be located in different countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is treated in accordance with this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
