What platforms does Xpoker AI support?

The assistant is built exclusively for X-Poker. It is not compatible with other poker applications. This focus allows the engine to be optimised specifically for X-Poker's interface, game formats, and player pool characteristics.

Will my X-Poker account be flagged or banned?

The assistant uses an external overlay architecture — it does not interact with or modify the X-Poker client in any way. Detection risk is minimised by design. However, use of third-party assistance software may violate X-Poker's terms of service. You accept full responsibility for compliance with platform policies and local regulations.

How long does setup take?

Android install: 8–12 minutes. PC emulator setup: 15–20 minutes. A detailed step-by-step guide is included with every download.

Does the assistant play automatically?

No. Xpoker AI is a decision-support tool. It provides recommendations; you execute every action. There is no autopilot or automated play mode.

What poker formats are supported?

NLH, NLR (Flash), AOF, NLH 6+, PLO (4/5/6 cards), MTT, and OFC. The engine uses a format-specific calculation model for each.

How is the cost per hand calculated?

Cost depends on four variables: the poker platform, game type, stake level (sb/bb), and the chip exchange rate in your club. Contact support on Telegram with your game details for a precise per-hand cost estimate before purchase.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A $5 trial pack is available. Contact support via Telegram to activate it.

What happens if I run out of NZT mid-session?

The assistant pauses hint generation when token balance reaches zero. X-Poker continues running normally. You can top up at any time; the assistant reactivates immediately on the next hand. Unused NZT does not expire.

Can I use the assistant on multiple accounts simultaneously?

Yes, via the PC emulator setup. Each account runs an independent assistant instance with its own opponent database. The number of simultaneous accounts is limited only by your hardware.

How accurate are the recommendations?

The engine uses a GTO solver pre-computed across hundreds of millions of scenarios, combined with real-time opponent statistics. Accuracy is high in standard situations; edge cases with very shallow stacks or unusual multi-way dynamics may produce less precise outputs. Post-session review allows you to audit any decision point after the fact.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the xpoker-ai.app website and the Xpoker AI decision-support software (“the software”). By accessing the website or using the software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the website or software. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the service

Xpoker AI is an analytical decision-support tool for the X-Poker client. It provides GTO-based and exploit-adjusted recommendations during play. The software does not play automatically on your behalf — every action is executed by you. The software is offered for analytical and educational purposes and does not host, facilitate or operate real-money gambling.

3. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. NZT tokens and payment

The software operates on a pay-per-hand model funded by NZT tokens. A fixed amount of NZT is deducted for each hand the assistant analyses.
Cost per hand depends on the platform, game type, stake level and chip exchange rate of your club. Pricing is confirmed before purchase via Telegram.
Purchased NZT does not expire. Unless required by law, payments for activated or consumed NZT are non-refundable.

5. Third-party platforms

Use of third-party assistance software may violate the terms of service of X-Poker or other poker platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of any platform you use, and you accept full responsibility for any consequences, including account restrictions or bans. Xpoker AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with X-Poker.

6. No guarantee of results

Performance outcomes vary by individual player, game format, stake level and opponent quality. No specific results, winnings or win rate are guaranteed. Any statistics, sample profiles or illustrative figures shown on the website are for demonstration only and do not constitute a promise of performance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate fraud or collusion, to infringe the rights of others, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully accurate in every situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpoker AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the website or software.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xpoker AI and its operators from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform rules.

11. Responsible play

If gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing, please seek help. You can contact the National Council on Problem Gambling or Gambling Therapy.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
